ISS Flyby

ISS_flyby.jpgToday there was the opportunity to watch the International Space Station fly over Tempe and I tried to make some pictures of the event. Sighting opportunity started at 8:28pm, lower center part of the image. The ISS then proceeded upward with the whole event lasting for about one minute. It was actually pretty cool since it was moving fairly fast across a wide stretch of the night sky.

NASA has a neat website where you can look up sighting opportunities and it gives you time and directions of the flightpath.
