The ultra-high vacuum (UHV) transfer line is about 70 ft long and connects various deposition and characterization systems.
A little cart runs on a wire, like a cable car, inside to transfer samples in UHV between the systems.
I used a self-aligning laser level during set-up and had to tighten like a thousand bolts, but it's pretty cool ;-)
