I tried some more bread baking, this time with my own sourdough starter and the result was quite amazing.

Since I don't really do recipies, but something more like guidelines, here's a short recap:
3 cups of sourdough starter, 2+ cups of King Arthur whole wheat flour (King Arthur flour - best flour, never bleached, never bromated) and some water to make a nice, not too firm dough.
As for spices: About 1 tbsp each of anise, fennel, caraway and 1 tsp coriander and about 1 tbsp salt. What makes it really great is 1 cup each of Harvest Grains Blend and pumpkin seeds and 1/2 cup of red wheat berries (soaked before use.)

Let it rise for about 50 min and bake for about 1 hour at 400F.
Try using it for grilled cheese sandwich with pepper jack, totally awesome.
