It was such a fine day so I went down to the Tempe Municipal building to take some pictures of this upside down pyramid which can provide some nice shade during those hot summers in the Valley of the Sun. The building was completed in 1971, at a cost of $52,500,000.You can find the building at 33.4249219, -111.9384498 and more pictures in my gallery.
